Update: Signup and Login has been fixed! Now fix the rest. Lots of things are still broken with the app. Google Pay doesn't work. Weird UI decisions, like having to click Add to Order twice. Filling out the credit card fields is a nightmare. It's like they didn't test it on a real device at all before shipping the app. Unfortunately there's no way to order from the website for pickup so you're stuck with this lemon. Do iOS users have all the attention? Is that it?

I love the brand, but this app is useless. Don't bother downloading it and consider other brands if you like to use their apps. The previous app (about 2 years ago) worked really well! Was fast, Remembered favorites, quick and easy ordering. This app has made me give up at times and just not place an order at Press, and make a different choice to go elsewhere. I work in IT and it's like the app was never designed with the user and UX in mind. Call me if you need an education in app design

I first tried this app a year ago, it was aweful. Update December 2025: this is still the worst app I have. I cannot believe they have not fixed this yet. user friendly, no. impossible to find your account, yes. coffee, people, excellent. but they could make this so much better if they just used feedback from real customers.
