SpeedQuizzing is an application designed to turn your smartphone or tablet into a SpeedQuizzing quiz buzzer / response device for use at a SpeedQuizzing quiz event.

A SpeedQuizzing quiz is a quick-fire quiz game where players use their touch screen phone as a quiz buzzer / input device. By connecting over wifi, many devices can join and play this TV gameshow-style quiz game.

Terrible app, jumped through several hoops just to get in to the thing and it kicked me out a quarter way through the quiz for no reason and will not let me reconnect.

when I open the app it asks me to enter team name I don't have anywhere enter the pin

It's a great format. However, it would be good to get some more "how to play" content out there, for Venus to share, as many 'more senior' people or less technologically minded people are put off by the 'speed' element mixed with having to use a device. I'm trying to convince people that it's real easy - because it is - but it's hard without some simple visual tools to sell it to them. The people that have come along and tried it have loved it. It's just breaking that technology phobia 😉
