The idea behind Speedhome is good. However, this app is terrible. It has a filter feature, but it doesn't work properly. It brings you a result outside of your query. And another issue is that most of the units listed on the app are either rented out or their landlords do not want to rent them out to some races.

the app is okay but the chats handling by Ai is terrible. The appointment fixes and I took leave to view the house, waited almost 30mins then only after I asked them to call the runner Ai informed runner not available. later on the runner asked to msg via whatsapp, he not even apologised but everything he reply 'ha?'. So unprofessional and I told him my concern yet he send emoji as he is so shock. Seriously the way the handling is terrible. I wouldn't recommend the app for anyone, so useless.

if you're planning to just advertise here, forget about it. the process is complicated, I'm not the owner of the property (also not an official agent, just a tenant on behalf of the owner), but people have been mistaking me as one. I can't even share my contact number with them to clarify things and share more details. also, my suggestion is to filter the background of tenants too, since i get requests from foreign tenants
