I have used this app for some time and left due to a very slow network, constant issues with pending requests, that you have to reach out to their customers service who's response are really delayed (not exaggerated) and not professional.

Hi speedy team Sorry it as to come to this. This is the third time am buying data and is still pending for hours. The other two still pending and you've deducted it from my balance. Also I also have a cancelled deposit which has been debited from my account. But neither did it reflects in this balance. Pls what going on. Pls do something . Much love

I will give it two star simply because there network is too slow,even the acct they have for deposit takes time more than it should and they don't have withdrawal thingy and is annoying especially the part where you wanted to deposit and recharge for someone while it urgent but at the end of the day the money won't reflect..
