Spell POS is the mobile point of sale companion for businesses using Spell ERP.

Give authorized store teams a fast, focused checkout experience while keeping sales, inventory, customers, taxes, invoices, and loyalty activity connected to the business workspace.

Key capabilities

• Sign in with an authorized Spell ERP business account
• Browse and search the live product catalog
• Scan product barcodes with the device camera
• Add customers and recognize loyalty members
• Apply approved discounts, offers, Spell Rewards, and Qitaf when configured
• Accept cash and supported card present payments configured by the business
• Calculate tax using tenant settings
• Create a linked ERP invoice for each completed sale
• Issue, print, email, or text receipts
• Review sale history and process governed returns
• Open and close cashier shifts
• Use English, Arabic, or Spanish, including right to left Arabic layouts

Regional readiness

Businesses can use their standard receipt format or enable Saudi ZATCA receipt capabilities through Spell ERP. Availability and statutory issuance depend on the legal, tax, and integration settings configured by the business.

Spell POS is designed for authorized staff selling physical goods in person. It does not sell digital content, subscriptions, or consumer services through Google Play. A Spell ERP business workspace and assigned staff account are required.
