About this app

SpendRobin eliminates paperwork for company expenses. Your employees take a photo of the receipt, AI reads it, and you approve it from your phone. No spreadsheets, no lost receipts, and no chasing anyone at the end of the month.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Take a photo of the receipt or invoice, or upload a PDF. You can also share it directly from email or WhatsApp.

• Indicate how you paid: company card, your own money, or cash.

• AI reads the merchant, date, amount, and VAT for you. You just have to review and confirm.

• Record expenses without a receipt, such as mileage.

• Track the status of each expense: reading, pending, approved, paid, or rejected.

• Receive a notification when an expense is approved, rejected, or paid.

• Prefer chat? Send your receipts via WhatsApp or Telegram too.

FOR THE EXPENSE MANAGER
• Dashboard with a monthly or yearly team summary: total spending, pending review, and card charges without receipts.

• Review, correct, approve, or reject each expense in one tap.

• Search by merchant, tax ID, number, or notes, and filter by status.

• Clear accounts with each employee: the money you've given them that they haven't spent yet, and what they've advanced and are still owed.

• Record cash transfers and refunds, with a complete payment history.

• Sign up your team: each employee activates their account using the link you send them.
