had my card stolen and used in amount of almost 400$ and spentra denied my claim and took back the credit to my account and iverdrafted.my account in doing so . I supplied them with all the information they requested and got a new card after cancelling the stolen card .they said I didn't everything right but yet they denied my claim . I don't know what else to do besides let other know that this bank will not stand behind you if this happens to you !

Have to wait on card to access funds which takes up to 10 business days. Unable to download digital card until receiving physical card.

The app is really easy to use and is always on point with updated wage information for the day. I can have all my cash for the day within 45 minutes of getting off of work! It's amazing!
