too good to be true, once they have your cc and details you will start being charged monthly for small amounts, no way to delete cc details or cancel contract ... just small payments every month for nothing. just .... run away from them

Very stupid App and services for contacting Customers. I have already registered and i didn't make "I'm available", because I'm busy. But they send me some numbers of customers which need this service and charge me for something what i didn't use. I don't contact this customer, but they just want to take money from my account. I don't think someone wants to pay for something what didn't use.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And i don't want to hear again for this SPETZ. This charge is excluded vat?

I have received 3 service calls. During first phone call I was driving and was not able to answer. During second call, I was working and didn't heard incoming call. Third service call that I answered was canceled by customer. Now I need to pay $119 for nothing and spetz customer service don't want to deactivate my account. I will not recommend this app to anyone.
