Ratings and reviews

Why login via Singpass but still have to again manually refurnish all info again when lodging report in app ? It's cumbersome and redundant and not a very good use of already acquired information from login.

Same issue as other people, can't submit a report on the website because you can't click on their map for location. So I tried the app, which only redirected me to the same website to file the report. Other reviews were from a year ago, and this issue still not fixed. No wonder the police can't even catch the scammers after years. They can't even get their map to work.

For the reporting of issues via I-Witness, it simply can't work because the Location selection function just turns and turns and doesn't load for hours. We are also unable to key in the location of the incident manually. This issue on the App has been around for months. We always end up calling up the NPC, not being able to use this App
