For the reporting of issues via I-Witness, it simply can't work because the Location selection function just turns and turns and doesn't load for hours. We are also unable to key in the location of the incident manually. This issue on the App has been around for months. We always end up calling up the NPC, not being able to use this App

Since several months, I have been experiencing a rather annoying and repetitive app bug whereby whenever my phone reboots/restarts completely, a few seconds later it will say that the app has stopped. This has been a common and constant occurrence every single time and I don't think it has anything to do on my end. Hope you may fix this issue.

Same issue as other people, can't submit a report on the website because you can't click on their map for location. So I tried the app, which only redirected me to the same website to file the report. Other reviews were from a year ago, and this
