• Receive Community Watch Scheme (CWS) alerts
• Submit information or respond to police appeals via our information submission portal "i-Witness"

Ratings and reviews

Same issue as other people, can't submit a report on the website because you can't click on their map for location. So I tried the app, which only redirected me to the same website to file the report. Other reviews were from a year ago, and this issue still not fixed. No wonder the police can't even catch the scammers after years. They can't even get their map to work.

For the reporting of issues via I-Witness, it simply can't work because the Location selection function just turns and turns and doesn't load for hours. We are also unable to key in the location of the incident manually. This issue on the App has been around for months. We always end up calling up the NPC, not being able to use this App

This app is rubbish. Completely useless. A zero would be more apt. Developer should prioritise the drop down menu. For examples, the main language used in Singapore. The race. Nationality and all that info which are to pertinent to Singapore. Not having to scroll all the way! To submit a report based on Internet sighting, one needs to submit witnesses details which are not readily available. The list goes on. Try for yourself and you will know what I meant.
