About this game

Sphere of Influence is a location-based strategy game on a real-world map. Use GPS, walk outdoors, and capture territories around you in a multiplayer hex strategy.

Step outside. Build your empire. The real world becomes your battlefield — grow your influence one cell at a time.

REAL MAP, REAL TERRITORY
The world is split into equal hex cells on a live map. Your in-game position comes from the GPS sensor, not from a fictional map.

CAPTURE AND DEFEND
Spend daily moves and in-game money to attack neighboring cells. Your influence and the defender's strength affect success, plus a little luck.

UPGRADE TO WIN
Upgrade your territories to increase strength and improve passive income. Stronger cells are harder to take and pay more every day.

SMART RULES, LIMITED MOVES
You get 3 moves per UTC day after the daily reset. You also receive +50 money once per UTC day, and each point of territory strength generates 10 money per day.

SWITCH LANGUAGES ANYTIME
English, Russian, French, German, and Chinese are available in Settings.

OPTIONAL NOTIFICATIONS
Turn on alerts for move resets, captures, and attacks on your land.

ACTIVELY IMPROVING

Location permission is required to play. Spoofed GPS (Fake GPS) is rejected for fair play.
