Keep a quiet mill over your spice shelf. Seat each jar, mark how you grind it, and watch the dust go pale when the heat has left.
Walk the aisle by warm, smoke, green, sweet, and heat. Drag a tile onto the wooden dock to put a jar on the plank, or write a custom name.
Long-press a jar to slide it along the shelf. Open a card to mark a pinch left, crack a lid today, or retire what you no longer keep.
When you want a mix, drag jars into the mortar. Ride the mill ring to set the ratio. Sweep a pinch away if the grind is wrong. Lock the mix and see which pinches the shelf can still cover.
Pale and empty jars sling onto the burlap sack. Check them off when you fetch them. The mill keeps a kitchen clock — strict, everyday, or loose — so fading matches how you cook.
