First, Spiceworks you need to remove the ads from this. Or give an option for a one time purchase for no ads. I'd be willing to pay $5 for no ads in support of the app. Second, need to urgently fix the issues with typing in text boxes. This makes the app nearly useless. Third, I understand you are trying to update and go the way of the cloud; but need to really take into account user experience. The app isn't nearly as useful as the previous version. Rating will remain till fixed.

Just needs a few tweaks like being able to accept/assign a tickets in the app to yourself instead of having to go to the site. Also being able to change tickets between opened, closed, and waiting in the app would be welcomed. The ad size doesn't bother me like other have complained about; it's really a small amount of space however I would pay for an ad free version if it was made. I haven't experienced any issues with typing in the text boxes being blocked. So please keep updating the app!

Between the mobile keyboard hiding what Inam typing to having to swipe side to side just to view the side menu and back, this is a huge downgrade from the orignal version. I can't swipe to close or swipe to assign any more. It freezes up when I try to manually create a ticket for a user and struggles to pull usernames. The only thing better than the old app is that I can now do canned responses. Our company is looking for other help desk options with how terrible this has become.
