The Foreground Service only starts after the user taps "Start Audio Sharing".

A persistent notification is always shown while streaming, so the user knows audio sharing is active and can stop it anytime.

Without a Foreground Service, Android would suspend or kill the audio streaming process when the app goes into the background, causing interruptions.

This service ensures that live microphone/system audio can be shared seamlessly across devices on the same Wi-Fi network without being interrupted.
