Efalia ECM Mobile is designed to work exclusively with the Efalia ECM solution.

The following features are supported:

- Search and view documents.
- Process management.
- Personal Inbox.
- Uploading files from the device's camera, photo album or file browser.
- Fast cabinet change.

With Efalia ECM Mobile you always have your ECM system at hand. Work with your documents wherever you are. Upload new pictures taken with the camera or existing files or pictures from the Photo Album or file browser and create documents from these in your Efalia ECM system.

Furthermore Efalia ECM users can do process management activities.

The following process management features are supported:

- Overview of documents waiting for an action to be performed.
- Categorization by document type.
- Comment action.
- Approve / Reject action.
