Updated from 3 to 4 🌟 | -1 as there is no way to save game progress & this is my 2nd time playing after losing all my progress and $ spent. Though there are alot of bugs, support was responsive and has assisted. I understand some bugs are harder to fix than others and take time. It would also be nice to see additional departments to upgrade 2nd hospital too. If next update adds depts. & adds saving progress, I will update my review to 5 🌟

It's a decent way to kill time, but... There is one level that even though I have the requirements to play it just takes my Staff Members energy enters the dialogue for the mission then resets back to the beginning. Also after a while it gets to repetitive. though adding the emergencies while operating is an upgrade from the first time I played.

I really enjoy this game, it is fun and well balanced. It does however suffer from a few glitches that hopefully that they will fix. Occasionally if you close the game right away after purchasing something, like an upgrade to a room, it won't have been done when you open it up again but did resources will have been used up. Also I have twice encountered in limited time event the game being unable to load a surgery so that I can't progress any further in that event.
