Update: They did give me a refund for the purchase. It advertised that making a purchase would make the ads after each level go away. I thought $3 was fair since the game is fun and creative. But the game crashed when I tried to make the purchase. My credit card got charged, and there are still adds. I am considering contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Edit: They were prompt in they're reply, hopefully they help resolve this quickly. If so, I'll likely change my review.

Disappointed in myself for wasting money on this game. Gameplay is good, but when you try to make a purchase to remove ads(any purchase is supposed to remove ads), the purchase goes through and you get a loading death loop. The loading never finishes, and you have to restart the game. But if you restart the game, it doesn't process that you made a purchase, so you still get ads. I made 2 purchases and I still get ads.

I've only had the game for a day or 2, but there are certain things it can do better. The gameplay is a bit touchy in surgery, some times it doesn't explain what needs to be done even if its a surgery that hasn't been done before. The disaster part is confusing and doesn't really explain how or if anything is being done for it. The only option is has is "show" and even then it doesn't do much of showing, it just goes back to the the main out look of the game. And like other comments, it takes a long time to get any real money to do anything with it. Overall, a 3 out of 5. Needs some work but could be a good game
