Our users gain access to the Markel’s Incident Response Team, a diverse team of third-party service providers who have the capability and experience to help Markel insureds report claims, access key data, and respond to incidents.

Markel Risk Connect can also be used to engage with Markel Claims and help manage an incident from start to finish, or to integrate with larger corporate incident response plans.
