BAT Retail Survey is an internal application designed specifically for BAT’s field teams to engage with retailers through quick surveys and offer instant gratification. The app streamlines the process for Territory Managers visiting retail outlets by allowing them to conduct surveys on the spot.
Territory Managers simply log in with their provided credentials and start recording survey responses for each shop they visit. Once the retailer successfully answers all questions correctly, they earn the opportunity to spin a virtual reward wheel within the app. The wheel contains various instant prizes, which are physically given to the retailer by the Territory Manager on the spot.
After the reward is handed over, the Territory Manager captures a photo of the retailer with their prize and submits the entry through the app for internal reporting purposes.
The app requires no signup from retailers; it is exclusively for BAT employees. The backend team manages user access and account setup centrally.
This tool strengthens engagement with retailers while providing BAT with structured insights and promoting brand loyalty through immediate, tangible incentives.
