I like the machine and all the options. I like that you can customize your drink that fits your needs. What I am very disappointed about is the warranty customer service. If your machine breaks down It takes a minimum of 3+ months to repair. Even if you pay the $200 extended warranty, it takes more than 3+ months to get your machine repaired. I highly recommend DO NOT purchase Spinn products for this reason. Too many issues.

this app annoys me a lot. it loses my device roughly every three months and I have to force disconnect and reconnect it. I get notified to clean it, but there are no notifications during the hour long cleaning process. it basically expects me to watch the app the whole time the hour long cleaning takes. and when my device has issues, I only get some unhelpful error code, with no instructions on how to fix it or what the code means.

App is decent when it works, lets you customize drinks and reassign buttons. That's all great til the machine just stops working one morning. No coffee, just honks. The cleaning process will not start because 'drip tray removed'. I can remove and re-insert it all day but the cleaning process will not continue. It throws the same error when the machine is unplugged so clearly it's an app bug. Unplugging machine multiple times got it working for now🤞
