I'm having the same experience as most users, the app doesn't stay connected. Two members of my family both using Android and iOS are unable to stay connected to the spin machine, we have to reconnect every time we try to make a cup of coffee and this is becoming extremely frustrating. I love the functionality of the app I just need you guys to work on the connectivity!

Waited 4 years!! Finally connected the machine to Wi-Fi after many attempts. The app will not recognize the machine as connected to my network! I know it's connected because I can see all the connected devices on my network admin console, and there is strong signal at the machine. The app simply doesn't see the machine as connected, so the machine is useless to me. If you're thinking about buying a Spinn, wait or look elsewhere.

Completely unable since the last update. Currently I cannot clean the machine because there is no way to run the clean cycle without using the app. Not to mention that you cannot have multiple users per machine - no each person of your household has to log in under a single user ID. The app does not preemptively tell you if a manual adjustment needs to be made prior to a drink selection (i.e., adding water, beans, or clearing the drip tray).
