This app and the device are trash, and i hate using this product with every fiber of my being. From the very beginning, I've had issues with either the app, the device, or both. I thought the issues were finally resolved, but wait, there was a new update, and now the app won't connect with the device.

We have been using our Spinn for 1 and a half years. We LOVE IT! We have 4 custom programmed settings and have (labeled for guests) 3 other coffee buttons that make it easy to use! We like that we are no longer wasting money on pods and kcups or having to grind our own beans for reusable cups. We like the app for picking different kinds of brews too and recipe ideas. Like any appliance, especially for food, there is maintenance involved. The app is very useful for trouble shooting.

Waited 4 years!! Finally connected the machine to Wi-Fi after many attempts. The app will not recognize the machine as connected to my network! I know it's connected because I can see all the connected devices on my network admin console, and there is strong signal at the machine. The app simply doesn't see the machine as connected, so the machine is useless to me. If you're thinking about buying a Spinn, wait or look elsewhere.
