About to request a refund...the app will not let you save videos if you dont register. I've tried registering,and it will not let me. Keeps telling me "invalid info given". So your telling me my email is invalid? I ended up purchasing the premium version before finishing the video due to being anxious, but had i know this would have happened i definitely would have refrained. It shouldnt even allow you to purchase an upgrade without registering. 2 stars for the thought and idea of this app

Hi there - we are sorry to hear you were having issues accessing the app. It seems the issue is to do with an update we made to the iOS version and our backend database. This issue is now fixed and you should be able to access it when you register. We have also updated the app with new features. We hope you decide to try the app again. Thanks

won't let me save crop images even though I signed up. the tick button is in the top left corner and it doesn't work.

How come on my friends IPhone he can add videos to his background, but on android, you don't have that feature? Why would you make it different for both? If you can shed some light on this you will receive a 5star rating Edit: Turns out the app doesn't even work fullstop on Android. Why would you release an app for both OS and it only work on one 🤦 nice £23 down the drain. Thanks for that. Not asking a lot is it for an app you released to actually work as it should

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear the app has not met with your expected standards. We are current;y working on the upgrades to the android version of the app to bring it in line with the features offered on the iOS version. You should still be able to create SpinVid's using the current version on Android.
