The app worked great at first. On occasion the app would not locate my vehicle. After I renewed my subscription in Sep 24, the app consistently would not locate my vehicle. Most current version is installed & restarted my phone. Told my device was old & to get a new one. Makes no sense because it worked fine before I renewed my subscription. The app worked sporadically (at best) for two months, then didn't work for another two. Then suddenly worked after two months for a week.

This app used to work very well. For many many months now, it has not sent us any alerts. We don't get any geofence alerts, no service alerts, no speed alerts. Both of our phones received no alerts whatsoever, and nothing we have done can fix it. The app is now useless. And yes, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and changing settings, and clearing the cache, and nothing works.

For a $500 gps tracker, it's trash. The geofence doesn't work, there is no live gps function ( you have to refresh it yourself) and it will decide if it will update the location, sometimes it takes up to 5 hours to get an update on location. The trip function is useless. It's just overall generally useless. Not worth the money. Not like I had a choice though.
