WORST System &APP, I changed the password on the account, & now the system no longer works.. Tech Support has escalated the issue twice & no one seems to be able to figure it out. Lojack System has stuck on a location since September 14, 2024 & can't detect anything. I'd NEVER SUGGEST LOJACK To anyone. This was such a horrible choice to have installed. Since Lojack Techs cant seem to fix the issue, I've resorted to tracking my Acura with 2 air tags. Disappointed!!

The app won't update where my car is located. You would figure with how expensive the system is there would not be a problem. Bugs like this make it a complete waist of money. Along with if you email them for help they don't get back to you. The customer service is some of the worst I've see in years. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Update I emailed them twice over a week ago with no response. I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering. And no call back!
