Can't log in. Keeps sending pin number but when entered just get an error message. Customer service is horrible, their response was to ask for a new pin (which is exactly what I told them doesn't work) or change my username, which I don't have, because it won't accept the pin. It's like they don't even know how their own app works. Total waste of money on this junk.

Increasing equity to 4 stars. My issue with the missing vehicle was resolved after customer support called me. However, it still freezes on the loading screen if it is force closed. Force closing it and launching again resolves, annoying that it freezes at all, but something I can live with.

The app won't update where my car is located. You would figure with how expensive the system is there would not be a problem. Bugs like this make it a complete waist of money. Along with if you email them for help they don't get back to you. The customer service is some of the worst I've see in years. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Update I emailed them twice over a week ago with no response. I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering. And no call back!
