Extremely disappointed with the LoJack app and the overall service. What makes it even more frustrating is that I was required to purchase LoJack as part of buying my new car. If customers are expected to pay for this service, the app should at least be reliable, easy to use, and function properly. Instead, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from something that was essentially mandatory with the purchase of a new vehicle.

Not requested; dealer installed anyway. Features were mediocre at best and just duplicated most of my BlueHyundai features. No notice of termination at end of subscription; sketchy renewal website that will take $ but has no clear way of connecting subscription payment to vehicle device; super expensive! Will be removing so my dealership can't track me anymore (which, I'm sure, is why they installed it on their own dollar to start!)

Its very useful in terms of tracking parked vehicle, but its not always accurate in determining which routes the vehicle went overall. It sometimes add random streets in the trip history, which you never went to. Also, the speed monitoring is not always accurate, since it updates live every couple of seconds from what I have seen, so you can't really track the vehicle in real time.
