Wish I could give zero stars for their most recent update and lack of response when you contact them! Used to luv this app! Now since more recent updates, it always says there is a technical error. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone... Always the same message! Not worth bothering if it doesn't even work! Update: still NO response from them and the app does NOT load!

Fantastic bank. The app was recently updated and works again. This bank doesn't use rapid pay so don't expect your money to hit immediately from Grubhub Doordash or Uber. Also no secured credit no flex accounts no amenities at all really. I'm going to open an account somewhere else but I'll keep this one too.

Very handy since we do not live near a branch anymore. if Spirit bank did not have this app, we would have had to switch banks. Love the bill pay and the improved deposit check capture. Works very well and much improved from the last version. Thank you!
