SPIV Admin is the management application for SPIV, the platform for digitizing and controlling pre-operational vehicle inspections in Colombia. Designed for fleet managers and coordinators, it gives you control of your operations from your mobile phone, anytime, anywhere.

With SPIV Admin you can:

- Manage drivers and vehicles — register, edit, and view details of your company's drivers and vehicles.

- Track pre-operational inspections — review in real time the inspections performed by your drivers, with photographic evidence, location, and electronic signature.

- Address findings — view the issues reported in each inspection and track their status.

- Receive SOS alerts and notifications — be instantly notified of emergencies reported from the driver's app and send alerts to your team.

- Stay informed — receive push notifications of important information and adjust your preferences.

SPIV helps Colombian companies comply with the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV, Resolution 40595/2022) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST, Decree 1072/2015), with complete traceability from inspection to corrective action.
