Only 2 stars for info on available rewards besides that the huge issue is with not being able to edit or change info per user. Like name, number or email. I got a new number this year that was previously owned & went into dispensery for them to possibly change info for me on their end & even they dont know how to do so or who to contact. I will be deleting app do to these reason. Would not recommend app, as you still recieve text message notifications.

App never works. always returns network error when entering OTP code. Doesn't send a new code to phone number. I work at a business that uses this and dozens of people a day come in telling us they can't access any loyalty or rewards. So I tried it out and yep same exact problem.

Love the easy, no fuss loyalty program at my local dispensary (shout out to cannabis 21!!) But the app is frustrating. Can't get it to send me the initial code to sign up and use the app despite being a registered loyalty member already!!! Fix this and I'll update my review!
