It's a pity the app is useless because the bikes are good. I had this app a while ago and kept having issues when trying to top up with a suspicious activity message coming up. In the end I uninstalled the app because life is too short to worry about people who cannot do their job. Today I installed the app again, got the SMS code and everything and, when trying to add a payment card I got the same damn message. So it's goodbye for good this time, Splash.

Rode on electric for less than 1 minute, after that it went slow (area related, as I foud out later - although in the same European capital not suburb) than had to push it (to go faster than the limit) for 6 minutes to be able to end the ride. I paid for 7 minutes and at the end of the journey I was actually behind the starting point. And some $ less. And tired. Uninstall. Never going to use it again. Good thing there are other options.

The scooters are very good, the price is cheaper than some competitors but more expensive than others. What's made me leave a 3* review is the app: for me it frequently breaks, gets stuck, presents errors, gets stuck on a white screen (even if I restart the phone). Now I've tried to reinstall the app a bunch of times and I never receive the SMS. I can't use it. Dunno when I'll be able to use it. I get SMS from other apps for the same thing, but not from Splash. I wish the app was fixed.
