About this game
Associations Pair Match is a mahjong-style tile game with one small twist: a pair does not have to look the same. The two tiles just have to belong together.
An apple pairs with a banana. A dog pairs with a cat. The word Pizza pairs with the word Cake. Find the pair, clear both tiles, empty the board.
HOW TO PLAY
- Tap any tile that has nothing on top of it and one open side
- The tile flies up into your tray
- When two tiles in the tray belong together, they clear
- The tray holds 4 tiles, so think before you tap
- Clear every tile on the board to finish the level
NOT THE SAME AS CLASSIC MAHJONG
In classic mahjong you look for two tiles that look identical. Here you look for the link. Some tiles show a picture, some show a word, and a picture can pair with another picture from the same family. Easy to learn, and it keeps your head busy in a good way.
NO TIMER, NO RUSH
No clock counting down and no move limit. Take a minute or take ten. Play one level on a break or twenty on the sofa. Your progress is saved after every level.
250 LEVELS THAT GROW WITH YOU
Early boards are small and friendly. Later ones stack higher, bury more tiles and mix more families at once, so you have to plan which tile to pick up and which one to leave for later.
BOOSTERS WHEN YOU NEED THEM
- Extra Slot: adds a fifth space to your tray
- Auto-Match: pulls out a tile that pairs with your tray
- Shuffle: rearranges the tiles on the board
- Undo: puts your last tile back
