About this app

Get it done. Together.

Splitlist is a shared to-do list app for friends, families, roommates, and teams. Plan groceries, share household chores, organize a trip, or prepare for a launch—with everyone’s progress in one place.

SHARE THE LIST, SPLIT THE WORK
Create a list, add friends, and start adding tasks. Assign tasks to specific people or let anyone help. See who checked things off without chasing the group for updates.

THREE WAYS TO CHECK IT OFF
• Anybody: One check from anybody finishes the task for the whole list.
• Team tally: Collect a target number of checks. Anyone can contribute more than once, and each person’s contribution is visible.
• Roll call: Each assigned person checks in personally. Leave people unassigned to include every member of the list.

BREAK BIG PLANS INTO SMALL STEPS
Add subtasks to a task or turn a whole list into ordered steps. Keep the next action clear as your group moves forward.

KEEP URGENT TASKS IN SIGHT
Mark a task or an entire list urgent so the important things stand out.

BUILD ROUTINES TOGETHER
Set tasks to repeat after an interval or on a schedule, including selected days of the week. Add due dates and enable reminders on your device.

KEEP GOING OFFLINE
Make changes when you lose your connection. Splitlist saves them on your device and uploads them when you’re back online.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose a profile photo or a built-in avatar, switch between light and dark themes, and keep upcoming tasks nearby with home-screen widgets.

From the weekly shop to your next big project, give everyone a clear place to contribute.
