About this game

Somebody grabbed the Airbnb, someone else covered dinner, a third person kept paying for Ubers, and now the whole group is doing napkin math to figure out who owes who. Splitvo Settle Up ends that. Log what everyone spent, and the app works out each person's net position and the shortest path back to even. No more chains of tiny IOUs bouncing between five people.

WHAT MAKES SPLITVO DIFFERENT

Most splitters just tell you your balance. Splitvo draws it. The signature SETTLEMENT GRAPH puts every group member on a circle and connects them with directed arrows, each labelled with the exact amount owed. A greedy minimum-transfer algorithm matches the biggest debtor to the biggest creditor over and over, so a tangle of debts collapses into the fewest possible payments. Instead of four people paying four other people, you might just see "Jordan pays Priya $254.00" and one or two more. Tap any person's node to filter the graph down to only their debts, then tap again to clear.

HOW IT WORKS

Run the quick setup: pick a group type (friends, roommates, or trip), name it, choose a currency, and add at least two people.

Tap the + button and log an expense — who paid, how much, and how to split it.

Open the Dashboard to see the settlement graph and the suggested next payment.

When someone pays up, hit SETTLE. Balances and the graph recalculate on the spot.

PRIVACY

There is no sign-up, no login, and no cloud step to get started. Your people, expenses, and settings live in a local database on your device, and all balances and transfers are calculated right on your phone. Exporting a CSV is entirely up to you, and you pick where it goes through the standard share menu. A Reset option wipes everything locally whenever you want a clean slate. No ads, ever.
