Super helpful app that lets residents get things in their neighborhoods fixed. Great idea to turn average residents into responsible citizens. Great job by the city.

It used to be such a pain to call in issues to 311. Thank you for making this app. It is so much easier to report issues and track the progress!!

What is the point in this app? I'm disappointed in it because when I open an app for my bills or what not, I should be able to pay it on the app or view whatever I click on in the app. It should not pop open my web browser instead. I might as well stick to just doing my business on the website, not the app.
