Spokane 311 enables real-time collaboration with citizens, 'deputising' mobile users to become the city's eyes and ears. Citizens report potholes, graffiti, and other issues from anywhere in the city using their mobile phone.

I have never seen a worse update in my life. The over lay looks like from the early 2000s and the app no longer has the options I actually used (like taking me to bill pay) or has made it so unintuitive that I cannot locate them. Now the only option is a service request once you log in making it effectively useless. What happened?!

It used to be such a pain to call in issues to 311. Thank you for making this app. It is so much easier to report issues and track the progress!!

They don't actually fix anything. I submitted 3 abandoned vehicles months ago and they have done nothing.
