About this app

Spool Ethanol Analyzer is designed to connect to the Spool Wireless Ethanol Sensor Kit and/or the Spool Handheld Ethanol Analyzer to help determine the in-tank/pump ethanol content and fuel temperature. It incorporates the latest Low energy Bluetooth protocols and provides fast and reliable ethanol content information right on your smartphone.

The App also includes a mixing ratio calculator and it can be used even if you don't have access to the Spool Wireless Ethanol Sensor Kit.

Paid $400.00 for the tool, aquire it from shipping. Charge it up. Application will allow me to download it to my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. The first thing I notice is the red S logo on the face of the app is missing, replaced by a green android. Click on the icon to open. Immediately crashes. Tried clearing cache, uninstall, install again. Same thing. **UPDATE** went into permissions and activated all available. The app does open now, however, according to info, app was last updated in 2023.

Doesn't connect to the ethanol sensor. I've tried it on various Android phones and it worked on none. It works fine on iPhones though. I've contacted Spool's support a few times and never got any meaningful reply...

App does not work! Doesn't even open. The apple version works but it's a shame to keep relying on a 2nd device just for fuel testing
