It's fine. This app would be incredibly useful if there was a way to add recurring events like work or cooking dinner but there unfortunately is not. If you're willing to dedicate 10 minutes at the start of every day to log everything, then this app would be perfect for you, but knowing the target audience this app isn't very well designed. An amazing idea in a mediocre package. I'd love to see more in-depth updates in the future!

Generally, I love this app. It has a nice & clean design and is easy to use. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 ☆ is that there's no widget and you can't have reoccurring tasks. It would be good if you could put, for example "make a meal & eat" appearing as a daily activity, instead of having to add it every day. If needed, you can just change the spoons, if the activity takes more or less energy that day.

The idea is there, but I feel it's not executed as well as it could. I inputed my schedule right away, used it for the day, then the next day came and I needed to input my schedule from scratch again... A thing I *definitely* didn't have the spoons for so I feel this goes against the purpose of the app. Maybe there's a way to set a default schedule and I just didn't find it (which is why I don't want to rate this too low) but otherwise... Inputting my schedule again every day is just... A lot.
