Get more of the coffee and treats you love, for free. Collect beans with the official Costa Club UAE app, then exchange them for free barista-made coffees drinks. It’s easy to use. Just scan the app barcode in store to earn beans on your purchases and build up your ‘bean credit’ ‘til you can redeem your beans for rewards.

What else is new? Well, now you can order and pick up in store. No more queues. Simply click and collect.

1. Download the app, register and you’ll get 2,000 beans after your first transaction (That’s a FREE barista-made drink).
2. Earn beans on almost everything purchased in-store by scanning the QR code at the till point.
3. View your earned beans on the home screen - and watch them grow.
4. Once you earn 2,000 beans, you’ll get a free barista-made drink.
5. Happy birthday to you. Now you get 2,000 beans to redeem for a free drink on your big day.

The Costa Club UAE app is only available for use in Costa Coffee stores across the UAE.

Had this app for nearly a year. First it was fine, then through 2 updates, they have managed to break it. The latest iteration leaves me with a white screen. I'm in Costa twice per day including lunch sometimes and the app fails. I had built up 14 free coffees owing to me, but now can't see. The Staff are very apologetic and offer me free coffee sometimes but it's not their fault. The incompetent cio needs to be blamed for letting his staff release poor, unchecked updates.

It is work every time you use the app! Since the last major update, every time I have to use the app I have to login again, why can't it store the credentials like before and like all other loyalty apps! I am now skipping the scanning because of the work I have to do every time! Think about your customer experience !
