edit: order say will be done in 10 minutes. took over five minutes after ordering to "confirm" the order. it's been 45 m. Requires email verification. No email received after over an hour. Reddit comment says they often have problems with their cloud platform installation. And the payment method page on the app does not permit the phone to autofill -- you have to manually type in the credit card info, when they could have labeled the form fields properly like everybody else. It's a train wreck.

Already displeased at the content to this app. So, you practically lose your initial order points after realizing they have a reward program app. Why aren't the staffs trained to ask you first before ordering if we have the reward app downloaded, or not!?! You can also lose your points every time you forget to scan your membership digital card. I know for a fact any developer can make this app easier with QR code override scans to manually input rewards if forgotten. Thoughtless gesture!

Avoid this app. I feel robbed of my data. I can't verify my email address or place a mobile order, the app is completely useless. Suddenly started to get phishing emails with the same information that I entered into the app. I tried to delete my account and it won't allow it. I was hoping to make mobil orders to avoid the long lines but getting this app was a mistake.
