The app can use some work. Cannot convert reward points for use in-app; they can only be used in-store. It was frustrating trying to order using app and figuring this out, but Spoonity reps actually responded fairly fast. A description in the rewards section can really save some frustration. Otherwise, I like being able to order ahead and not have to wait in line.

The pricing on the app is incorrect. Even though the price of topping is 50 cents, when you check out, the total converts the topping charge to $1.00... so you now pay double the price than you should. This is a big glitch in the system and needs to be fixed or else it's just falsely pricing its products.

Already displeased at the content to this app. So, you practically lose your initial order points after realizing they have a reward program app. Why aren't the staffs trained to ask you first before ordering if we have the reward app downloaded, or not!?! You can also lose your points every time you forget to scan your membership digital card. I know for a fact any developer can make this app easier with QR code override scans to manually input rewards if forgotten. Thoughtless gesture!
