Can't modify drinks easily from cart. Need to delete the drink and start over. App is unorganized, unless you know the cost of the topping, you won't know where to look for an item. There are many different ways to order the same drink. I lost an entire pending order after restarting the app when the order hung while submitting. Can't reorder the same drinks from history, add extra sweetness, no longer order 2x the topping (I. E. 2 scoops of boba). Stored credit card info gets lost a few times.

Stopped accumulating points and tracking order history since last Oct. On the printed receipts in the store, it showed zero points earned even though I just spent $10+ and $9+, and zero balance despite the app showing a points balance (from a long time ago), and the cashier seeing points in the system. The app also showed some really strange data about my tier. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. There also doesn't seem to be a way to manually get points with receipt

Hi Patty, we're sorry to hear about the issues. You can send your feedback through to Meet Fresh from their website in order for points to be added retroactively. If you can confirm the dates you visited we can see if the logs are still available in order to troubleshoot what's happening in store.

The app can use some work. Cannot convert reward points for use in-app; they can only be used in-store. It was frustrating trying to order using app and figuring this out, but Spoonity reps actually responded fairly fast. A description in the rewards section can really save some frustration. Otherwise, I like being able to order ahead and not have to wait in line.
