See other posts dated near this post for issues. I am not sure why KC Symphony would have its patrons use an app that seems to do nothing but make users log into their Symphony account via the app. The app feels like it does nothing for patrons except allow the app co to harvest user data. Respectfully, I would ask for your money back from whoever sold you or developed this app

Says my password is wrong and isn't sending me a password reset email. So that's my experience so far with the app 🙂 I am able to log into their website though. So idk if the app even works now Edit: turns out the app has it's own login. You sign up to the app and then it makes you login to their website inside the app. Insane. I'll go up one star coz at least it works

Cannot access my tickets. After logging in to the app and clicking "access my tickets" i get a blank screen that displays nothing. I don't know what to do. No one is answering the phone at the box office number provided.
