This app could have been a web link. I shouldn't have to download and log into an app to access my ticket. The "access tickets" just opens a page in my browser to log in again. Just put the link in the email! Also, the app wants background location data, that is unnecessary and is a privacy concern.

It was quick, easy , and cheaper than Event Tickets.

does not grant access when given valid credentials. not only is this unreliable technology, it's an unnecessary point of friction for customers. the website should just have ticket information available for printing.
