Why does everything need an app?? I'm able to purchase tickets on your website without an app but I can't get or access the tickets without your App? The App then needs to connect to Ticketmaster who thinks I'm a bot and will not connect after hours of trying all the things it suggests. At this point I don't even want to attend the event anymore. Horrible experience!

App doesn't work properly. It just tells me my phone has no internet when EVERY other APP ON MY PHONE WORKS PROPERLY AND HAS NEVER SAID THAT! I'm on the Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. I've erased the cache/data from app & even did a force stop. Then deleted app and restarted phone and downloaded it again. Still the same every time I try manage my tickets and go to sign in to Charlotte Motor Speedway to view them, it says I have no internet 😂. I've tried on mobile 4G & 5G towers as well as wifi.

This app sucks. I have paid for a ticket over the phone and installed the app but no ticket appears. I have never missed a race at ZMAX but it looks like I won't be able to attend anymore because they make it too hard to get a ticket.it
