Steps to get started (as a Player / Team Rep / Official):
1. Download the SportNinja app. It’s FREE for participants
2. Click the invitation email (which you will receive from your team/ league via SportNinja) and follow the steps to Join.
3. OR, track teams and competitions by searching and starring, using the Following tab.

Steps to get started (as a League Owner / Admin):
1. Download the SportNinja app and create an Account.
2. Log into the Web platform www.sportninja.com to complete your organization set up.
3. Invite Team Reps, Officials, Players in with the appropriate roles,, to download and join their teams, etc..

Ratings and reviews

10/9/25: Update now creates a notification for every goal and every penalty without the ability to mass delete items. Clicked into ~40 notifications for a two-game night, can't wait to see what a full league night looks like. Doesn't push alerts or notifications. No private messaging. Will prompt users to check in/update about games and not allow players to edit if set to "affiliate". Took the clunkiest version of BenchApp and made it somehow worse.

Notifications have been broken since before the new year. Have tried reinstalling. Get random notifications for teams I subbed with a year ago, but almost never get noticed about my own team, no matter what the app and device settings are set to.

I've used this app now for 3 seasons. It is the easiest and most user friendly sports team / league management app I've used. Real time gamesheet entry has saved me a ton of time and required little to no training. My business, which hosts 7 tournaments annually, has moved all of its events over to the Sportninja platform. There are certainly some areas that can be refined, but the SN support group has been a terrific partner, working with us to enhance all aspects of the user experience.
