Ratings and reviews

Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to view my account or make a purchase. It's ridiculous. In theory, this would be a better platform than our rink was previously using. Realistically though, I spend more time fighting with the app than getting anything done. I dread registrations. Would score a 0 if I I could.

awful app. constantly does not log in properly, does not connect to the specific organization consistently. the feature to add events to one's calendar works sometimes, but rarely. this needs a lot of work to be useful to users, makes me wonder what benefits organizations that require it's use from members get. I don't want to use this app but am forced to from the organization that I am a member of. 0 stars if I could.

Overall it's decent. The latest update seemed to be ok, although repetitive when registering more than 1 event for same person. In the past 3 weeks I've had to uninstall / reinstall the app bc it just won't load. If it wasn't for the only way to register for events, I'd have left it uninstalled.
