Ratings and reviews

The app hangs and crashes all the time. It takes a lot of time to load anything we select. Need more improvement in app maintenance. Also, no product description for 90% of the products. So hard to understand any specifications such as material, water proof or not, etc. Very hard to filter the data as well

Although there is some problems it is a quite good app. Problems: it is very 'laggy' for example I add something into the basket and it takes a bit long to get added in also searching I insert what I want I press enter and it takes about 30 seconds to load. I'm not sure if this is just my internet or my phone but yes that's really it really it's a very good app.

Avoid. Absolutely terrible company. Ridiculously high delivery costs. Also, had an issue where I was 1 day outside the return window due to having covid and they refused to let me return an item. Had a problem with a different product as well which was faulty and they tried to advise me that I couldn't return it as it was outside their 30 day limit - which is contrary to consumer law. Just be aware that their customer service is as bad as it gets before shopping there folks.
