App is full of errors, i try to get a ticket but when i put my Passport ID it keep on saying Invalid user and i have been trying for a very long time and when i decide to uninstall the app and install it back it is even worse i can not even go to the app and select a zone ticket anymore pls fix this.

Updated twice today but after both times, cricket is still missing. The entire schedule I saw 24h ago is gone. Also, booking for only a few football games is there, but it's full already. So much for 3 days in advance, I only saw 29 April games yesterday! 🇸🇬 Visitors be sorely disappointed coming from a high-tech nation, and m spending 18 days there!

This app is not working properly. According to them we can book and secure ticket 3 days before the game but in reality, there is no way you can book for that schedule day. Also, all of the shown events on ticket section of the app are always full. So how? This app can only help you check schedule and results but not secure tickets.
