App is supposedly for the watch I purchased but the app does not match what is seen on my phone after I installed the app. Very hard to use. On page 7 of the instructions it shows options for Clock, Find Watch, Camera, Alarm clock, Event, and others. But, on my phone when I have the app running it doesn't give any of these personalization possibilities. I set the time and then tried to connect the watch to my phone via Bluetooth. It didn't connect and doesn't sync the time as it says.

App won't connect to watch. Keep getting "error writing descriptor stats = 133" . Sometimes the app says connected even though it is not. Seems like this has been a problem for a long time reading other reviews. Pretty bad a company can't stand behind their product that they claim to be great and yet it totally doesn't work. Last update was 2020!!! Going to report to BBB. Waste of money!!!

I like the app interface as it is fairly simple to navigate and use. But when selecting year, height and weight the scrolling method is very finicky and doesn't always select the correct number. Even after reading the troubleshooting steps in the watch manual I am still not able to connect to the watch via the app interface. I can pair with the watch through the Bluetooth settings but it doesn't enable any of the smartwatch functions. Hopefully the app just needs to be modified a little.
