Ratings and reviews

Like many others, the app is having major sign up issues. I cannot advance further than ID verification. Rejected everytime with message, "there is a problem with the photos you have submitted, please try again." I've tried every possible way to submit a photo of my government issued ID to no avail. Needs to be fixed ASAP so others don't waste over an hour of there time.

The idea is good but the tech is really really bad. It takes FOREVER to sync markets. You are sitting there for several minutes with no lines being displayed. Sometimes they eventually sync, sometimes not. They claim that your can move in and out of positions whenever you want but this isn't actually true because 80% of the time it just doesn't work.

Sporttrade , your sports book sounds great on paper and on some TV commercials! I get all the way to near completion of my signing up for an account, I manually type in my address shown on my ID. The emoji face shows a frown that my address cannot be found , which is silly ! There fore , I am refused by the app to sign up . What's going on !
