App is horrid for the price of the hardware they're selling. Asked to log in NEARLY EVERY TIME despite the option to stay logged in and doesn't connect to a third-party app to auto fill. Auto shifts to landscape mode like it's still 2005. The sign up screen is the biggest red flag I noticed as it's chock full of filler lines (lorem ipsum etc. ) Get your act together skytrack. People are paying a premium price for the product and subscription, and you give the bare minimum in return.

After upgrading to the latest version (v4.0), I am unable to connect to the skytrak unit through my Samsung phone (s21). I called technical hotline and they said a fix will be available earlier this week. It's been more than 10 days and unable to use the skytrak unit. Typically, the software is supposed to be tested before an upgrade. How can you release a software without even testing basic functions? Even if it's a mistake, the fix should have been available by now. Very disappointed

Your software is trash. Constantly having to reset. Constantly logging me out and then saying I've forgotten my username or password and making me go back through and reset everything. Trash, wish I had spent the extra money on a better simulator or atleast read the reviews on the software you have to use. What a joke for the cost. 3/23 Now unable to get the skytrak app to open or connect. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Probably how they have over 10k downloads.
