SpotOS was born from a simple observation: outdoor space management was stuck in the past. Operators were juggling spreadsheets, manual gate operations, and outdated payment systems while their customers expected the same seamless digital experience they got everywhere else.

Founded in 2020 by a team of technology veterans and industry experts, we set out to build the platform we wished existed. We talked to hundreds of facility operators, understanding their pain points, their workflows, and their dreams for what their business could become.

Today, spotOS serves over 500 facilities across North America, managing 60,000+ spaces and processing millions in revenue monthly. But we're just getting started. Every day, we're working to make our platform smarter, more powerful, and easier to use.
