SpotHelp is a simple platform for opening, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets in different contexts — companies, internal teams, municipalities, neighborhoods, condominiums, and communities.
It works for anyone who needs to request, track, and resolve support tickets: a single app for multiple organizations.
What you can do
Open support tickets with a title, description, and attachments (photos/files).
Track the status in real time, from registration to completion.
Comment and notify responsible parties, with a complete history.
Classify and prioritize by categories, queues, and deadlines.
Use across multiple organizations (multi-organization) with a single account.
Search and filter by status, date, responsible party, and tag.
How to access
Log in with your email/registration created by your organization or create your account to use in public/open spaces (when available).
If your organization already uses the app, you will receive an invitation or access code.
Privacy and Security
The app only collects the data necessary to create and manage tickets (e.g., name, email, and request content).
Each organization's data is kept separate and handled according to the Privacy Policy stated on the app's page.
You can request account removal according to the applicable policy.
