Ratings and reviews

Good music selection, pretty good usability but not all of their updates have made the app better. Smart shuffle is a bad feature; if I wanted to listen to new things I would not randomly blend them into all my music (and let's face it it's not new stuff it's random drake time) and it shouldn't get in the way of the basic shuffling feature. And it lags now, strangely, which is a much bigger issue for usability. Swipe to que, now that's a good feature.

This app is great at home and on the go. It rarely lags and works smoothly. The layout should be easy to learn and easy to remember. It knows exactly what songs you want by predicting from your previous searches and requests. It has an interesting function where you can put your music on shuffle, while Spotify is showing you new music at the same time. The function works off of what genres you listen to in that playlist, and it recommends songs to you by playing it, helping you find new music.

I have used this app for years, and I love it. It's easy to use, and if you have premium, can do almost anything. If you don't have premium, I'm pretty sure picking songs wasn't allowed for some reason, which I didn't like. Now, recently, my songs have been cutting out and the app has been pausing my music by itself, which I find frustrating. Other than those two, no other problems have arisen.
