too many issues to list here but essentially the app developers didn't put a ton of thought into usability. The short list of features that would make this app a 1000 times better: clickable phone numbers in the support section, offline mode, showing terminals in the flights section. simple a common sense...

Doesn't work at all offline, and if you try and use it offline it sometimes logs you out (and for corporate accounts you can't log back in without laptop and VPN, so if you are in transit you are stuffed). Useless for corporate (or indeed any) travel until it caches details and works offline (on plane, train, underground, or when roaming data not available).

the need to update in order to use the app is way too frequent. auto update does not work. Also, biometric unlock and a longer login timeout would be nice.
