the need to update in order to use the app is way too frequent. auto update does not work. Also, biometric unlock and a longer login timeout would be nice.

Every time I open the app I need to login again... What good is a travel app that doesn't stay connected and able to provide updates? Every vendor app (United, Marriott, etc) stays logged in. Near worthless. Still.

Had to pay for train tickets off my own card. No record whatsoever of the transaction, raised it with 'Ayesha' from the Support Team, who then tried to gaslight me by pretending I hadn't used their service. Provided proof of purchase from my own bank, and yet was still told immediately after to provide evidence as they have no record kept of it in their own system
