Giving a 3 ONLY because the SpotOn support was extremely helpful. Without her, this app would be getting a 1 star! Tried to create account and sent in loops. Need to create an account, phone number already associated it and back to need to create an account. Absolutely ridiculous! Finally got the account created and then couldn't log in. I had to reinstall the app for it to work. THEN I realized there is ZERO way to add points to your account using a receipt so those points are gone!

Terrible App, with terrible support! I downloaded their app, but when I added my receipt to the app, I had nothing but problems. I contacted store, they told me I had downloaded the WRONG Pickelman's app! I then downloaded the "right" app, but now it forever will not let me register because it says my email and phone number are already registered. I called their app support phone # but the people there knew nothing about any app or Pickelmans. I liked the food, but will never go there again!

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I tried to log in and it said that there was no account with my email and when I tried to create an account, it said that an account already existed with that email. When I clicked the reset password, it took me to a site that didn't have anything to do with a password. The phone number on that site was for businesses setting up an account with a different company.
