About this app

Spottos helps you find places worth going, the people to go with, and keeps what happened there.

DISCOVER
Explore parks, beaches, trails, museums, restaurants and hidden spots near you or anywhere you're headed. Every place comes with real detail: what to bring, when to go, insider tips, accessibility notes and how to get there. Filter by category, see what's new to you, or open the map and just look around.

SAVE
Mark places as Want to go, Visited or Favorite, and your lists stay in sync between the app and spottos.com.

MEET UP
Pick a place, pick a time, invite your friends. Every meetup gets its own group chat with polls, photos and a hub to plan the details. Share your location once so everyone finds each other.

CHAT
Message your friends, share places as cards they can open right in the chat, and drop a pin when words won't do. Direct messages are friends-only, so your inbox stays yours.

MAKE IT A MEMORY
After a meetup, the story stays: the photos, the thoughts everyone posted, the place you were. Look back on a timeline of where you've been and who you were with.

SIMPLE AND SAFE
No ads. No tracking across other apps. Location is only used while you're in the app and only shared when you choose. Block or report anyone from their profile. Delete your account anytime from Settings.

Sign in with email, Google or Apple. Spottos is for ages 13 and up.

What’s new

Smoother meetups
- Creating a meetup now takes you straight into it, instead of leaving you on your list.
- Opening, leaving and deleting no longer flash a loading panel at the bottom of the screen.

Fixes
- Removing a memory could fail with an error. Fixed.
- Faster chats, and swiping between Meetups, Memories and Chats follows your finger.
- Seen shows once, under your newest message.
- Reports now tell you what happened to them.
