About this app

Spouddy – Fitness Challenges with Friends

Spouddy transforms your daily activity into a team game: create fitness challenges with friends, track your performance in real time, and stay motivated together, no matter the sport.

How does it work?
Spouddy connects to your health data (Google Health Connect) to automatically count your steps, distance, calories burned, and active minutes, without any manual entry. This data powers your challenges and personal stats in real time.

Main Features

- Create custom challenges: number of steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes

- Live leaderboard with friends

- Daily, weekly, and monthly personal statistics

- History of your workouts
- Personal activity score to track your progress
- Share challenges via link or code

Health Data Used
Spouddy uses Health Connect permissions to:
- Steps & Distance: track your daily activity and calculate your score in challenges
- Active calories & Total calories: display your energy expenditure and power calorie challenges, with a deduplication algorithm to avoid duplicates between devices
- Workouts: detect and display your workouts, calculate your active minutes
- Weight & Height: personalize your daily calorie goal by calculating your basal metabolic rate

Why Spouddy?

Stay active in a fun way, share goals with your loved ones, and turn motivation into a game. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a regular athlete, the app adapts to your pace, without pressure, and with enjoyment.
